Honda Hornet 2.0
Honda Hornet 2.0 has a 184.4cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air-cooled, BS6-compliant engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Hornet 2.0 is a worthy upgrade of the Hornet 160, which was a huge success for Honda. The engine refinement is top-notch, and you hardly hear the engine sound. There are minimal or no vibrations when you cruise at top speeds.
Honda has retained the design language of the previous version and made quite appealing upgrades with golden forks, giving it a premium look. The hazard switch is yet another good addition. Most of its contenders offer a 200cc engine, but Hornet provides better performance with just a 184.4cc engine. The Hornet 2.0 also comes in a Repsol edition with the colour scheme that the Honda uses in professional racing.

Yamaha MT-15 ABS arrived in India with style, leaving everyone stunned. Yamaha MT-15 is the most uniquely built bike on this list with a naked street bike design. The only drawback we feel is that Yamaha should have equipped the motorcycle with a dual-channel ABS unit at this price point.
A 155.1cc, single-cylinder engine capable of generating maximum power of 18.5HP with a peak torque of 13.9Nm powers this beast. The engine has a 6-speed gearbox. The lightweight of just 138 kg makes MT-15 easily manoeuvrable in traffic. Mt-15 has become an alternate for Duke lovers because it has similar styling and performance at a lower price.
The CYW(Colour Your Warrior) is another major hit among the youngsters. The CYW option enables customers to choose from 11 different combinations of colour schemes. But there is one thing that this beast has not met, the pillion comfort is pathetic. Long rides with pillions can be a nightmare for pillions.

The Apache RTR 200 4V is the flagship offering from TVS in the popular 200cc performance motorcycle segment. The overall design is aggressive and sharp but retains the design elements of smaller Apache models. The front end looks sharp with LED DRLs, the fuel tank is muscular with shrouds, and the engine cowl renders the motorcycle an aggressive look.
The Apache RTR 200 4V stands out in this list with its dual-channel ABS, giving more confidence to the riders, especially during the monsoon season when there is a minimal grip. The performance is uncompromising, but it does come at the cost of reduced mileage.

Yamaha YZF R15 V3
The R15 is unquestionably a revolutionary motorcycle, and an actual sports bred machine from Yamaha that redefines the limits of what a 150cc can do. Without a doubt, the segment leader – best in the 150cc segment in terms of performance. It’s a pretty aggressive design inspired by its elder sibling R1.
It comes with a 6-speed gearbox which is quite good for occasional long rides. It is a fuel-injected bike, so you can expect a crisper throttle response. The major downside is the pillion comfort. R15 produces 19 bhp and weighs around 137kgs, which translates to an impressive power to weight ratio. The addition of a slipper clutch paired with a smooth gearbox makes it a better performer than the competitors. This bike gather’s a lot of attention, and the design makes it look stand out.
